We are excited to announce that Hudson Valley Dental Care is now using a completely confidential system to send appointment reminders and confirm appointments, allowing you to confirm appointments from anywhere! You can expect to receive a text message or email reminder about your upcoming appointment, one month before it is scheduled. This will allow you to double check your calendar and give us a call if you have any conflicts. Then you will receive a text message or email 5 days before your appointment. To confirm this appointment, simply reply to the text, “1” and we will be notified that you have confirmed your appointment. If you are unable to confirm your appointment 5 days a head of time, we will resend the confirmation message to you 2 days before your appointment in efforts to allow you ample time to reschedule if needed. Also, since we know you are so busy, we will send you a text message or email reminder 2 hours before your appointment to remind you that we are looking forward to seeing you soon!
